This small fee is for our labor and research of your immaculate trip which is nonrefundable. We understand that clients have to make cancellations for unforseen reasons and this fee will help to cover our labor for any part of your trip that you plan with us. As a certified travel agent, we are here to help you every step of the way with planning your trip. Booking your travel on sites such as Expedia, etc...doesn't allow you to have "support" when there are problems with your bookings, but a travel agent helps you to get refunds and cancellations accordingly.
